A name is as important as yourself for it defines and describes you to all the people you knew….
My name is William Mauricio Pelagio in full… William M. Pelagio with just a middle initial… or William Pelagio without it… or William or Willis or Will or Iyam… it’s a name given by my dad after the basketball player William “Bogs” Adornado…of Crispa/Toyota fame way back in the jurassic time of basketball in the Philippines…
My name is so important that I only use it in legal matter transactions…I just don’t give that out easily…
Now…what would you do if somehow your name was used because of some agenda by a person that you somehow trusted but you proved wrong to have given that trust….would you be mad or what??? And the bitter and gravest thing was…was that…that person even concocted an utmost lie of a situation so that they can gain something out of it by using your name….the utmost shamelessness (if there is ever such a word) of that person….
Here’s what happened…that person was so full of debts…left and right… and I dunno where in hell is that person using the money that they are receiving as a monthly allotment of an OFW relative…and they can’t use their name because they’re not finished yet with a loan shark… so to get a fresh loan from somebody they knew… they used my name and concocted a lie that I needed it so badly… the next thing I knew was that the loan shark was already calling me because the money was about to be released…I was dumbfounded…it’s like I was caught up in that situation to tell the loanshark that it’s not me who needed it…but out of “pakikisama” I succumbed to that person’s needyness…so full of shit…full of crap…full of lies….and to top it all has all the nerve to be bitchy!!!! Fuck You to smithereens!!!!
Well…I believed in Karma…whatever you do will come back at you so many times…there’d be a time that the lies will catch up with you…I can smell it…Karma is digital nowadays…
So to all of you whom I knew…you know who this person is… a liar… a sycophant… a user… so just don’t trust a person that easily who’s giving you a fake goody goody niceness of an attitude… you’ll never know that person is only after your name and will be using you….
